Yes that’s what I thought.
But when you said as long as you don’t fly
Into Beef Island I assumed they wouldn’t accept it. I said that because the card is not authorized if your flying. You need an actual Passport if you ever fly to another country. Soon you will need a Passport to even fly domestic in the USA until you get the new Federally approved Driver's License when they are available in each state.
