I hate to admit this, but the best key lime pies I ever made came from the recipe on the back of a Key Lime juice bottle! I had gone to the store for key limes & when I picked up the bags, the thought of squeezing & zesting all those teeny little fruits was just too overwhelming with the rest of the party to cook for.

Honestly, they disappeared practically instantly, and were absolutely dee-lish. Don't know the brand name of the juice off the top of my head but will look for it on my next trip to the store.
