Not sure why you would be looking at these AI properties if you are not interested in the AI option? Also, when using RCI points or weeks the AI portion of the cost is quite high of course. And I recommended Bayahibe because there are non-AI options in and near the villages where you can feel safe and meet people and you are not stuck in the middle of nowhere in a gated resort.
