I also recommend Anguilla. Shoal Bay East has been on the Most Beautiful Beach in the World list many times. We have gone since the early 1990's and stayed many times.
Just go to Shoal Bay East and relax. Lot's of little places to eat. The bar that burned down, Johnno's, was on Sandy Ground, not on Shoal Bay East. Also loved Johnno's.
