Glad our November flights were ticketing before September. In the future, guess it'll be on less drink to offset the baggage fees! My liver will appreciate that. Baggage fee will be charged when you check in. No, per the policy in the link provided: "Checked bag fees have changed for flights within the U.S. or to / from Canada, Caribbean, Central America, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands for tickets issued on / after September 21, 2018" Therefor my ticket purchased in August will be at the $25 for 1st bag rate.
