The weather does change quite a bit in that area, depending on whether it's dry season or rainy season. We were there the middle of June, which I believe was dry season. I believe it's easier to see animals during dry season. It's been several years since we were there, so my memory could well be suspect. We did an extensive trip report, which you can find in the trip report archives. I hope that you are consulting a safari expert to help you with your planning, as it is an expensive trip and one you should have expert advice for. We used Bert at Fish Eagle Safaris. I frankly don't even know if they are still in business, but if so, suggest you give him a call, as he was very knowledgeable.
