Hey I am trying to capture a photo of the USS Tulsa, LCS 16 transiting the Panama Canal. Obviously DOD won't say when it will happen and no AIS tracking. I am on the commissioning committee and it would be cool to have a screen shot. The panama canal webcams have been crap for a few years, with what works and refresh rate. So I figure if I crowd source this, perhaps I might get lucky. But if anyone wants to just watch the canal cam and capture a photo it would be awesome, it is actually interesting to see what crosses. I am trying to watch, but it is about a 10 day window. Night time the shipping is West to East, so it won't happen then, and it could go in the new locks and not be seen. Below is the link to the Milaflores Lock. Milaflores Lock
