I got an explanation from Oil Nut. You are correct this is a temporary arrangement to allow day guests. Effective December 15th the resort becomes exclusive for their guests. They hope to officially open their 'Marina Village' on that same date. Also at that time a $75.00 per person day pass will be available to marina guests. Until then … marina slip is $2.00 per foot for overnight (plus electric) and lunch at the Beach Club Restaurant (with reservations). No dinner is available unless guests are staying at the resort. We plan to spend the day on December 13th (two days before the change), have lunch and pool time, although might end up having dinner on our boat.
