Haulover is what I know it as, although my Navionics calls it hallovers. Because of the topography, the wind accelerates between the hills resulting in gusty conditions. I don’t recall any mooring balls.
If you anchor, please be careful not to anchor on coral, there was a lot there a few years ago.
