Sadly you cannot directly. Ferry to JVD from STT is non-existent for the foreseeable future. You have 2 options. Ferry to Road Town, land taxi and then ferry to JVD. or private charter / water taxi from Red Hook. Also BVI have raised the entry / exit fees to $65 PP.
