Basically when you rent a Jeep in the VI they offer full coverage insurance which only covers $500.
If you have a fender bender it will average about $600 (the car rental agency estimates the cost).
As always there’s a fee if you get a flat tire regardless of the condition of the tire.
The weekly rates are about 3 times higher then St Maarten but it averages out because the price of gas is considerably higher in St Maarten an the island is much larger so you put on more mileage.
