We fly through there on a Wed. every year, and have had as little as 50-60 mins, which was tight, and made it from terminal F to A. As long as your flight is somewhat on time, i think its very doable.
Guess it depends on where you connect from. The PVD-PHL-SXM lands in Terminal B and departs from A...a ten minute walk
