3 ripe avacadoes melt 1/2 bag of semi-sweet morsels (or other choc to your liking) 1 tsp. agave nectar 1/2 cup cocoa 1 tsp vanilla milk to bring it to your desired consistency.
Add it all together and it is a very smooth pudding. People will never guess it is an avacado based pudding.
I couldn't leave well enough alone. I use almond milk instead of regular milk, add a hint of baileys, and add a very small dollop of butter to the chocolate when it is melting. I don't think I will ever buy store bought pudding boxes again.
