The weather was great never hot hot (we had the ocean breeze) The food was incredible. We had breakfast at turtle pier the french toast was the best I ever had We found this little market walking distance next to Citrus and we were in pastry heaven for the rest of the week. They had these spinach and feta cheese in phylo dough OM MY GOD I think I ate one every day and homemade bagels Lunches Boo Boo Jams at orient beach great ceasar salads and they didnt charge for the chairs or umbrella so hung out there one day. They also made the best mudslides we had and believe me we had them everywhere

We ate at another very fancy French Resturant but cant remember the name it was very $$$$ 300 for the 4 of us and we saw a giant cockroach running across the floor

I gave him my email and told him if he ever made a cd to let me know We followed him over 2 nights later at the Saphirre Beach Club. Great local talent on this island.Missed the ttol party we were napping We just had to much Fun Bought some great jewelry ,ate alot of good food and drank alot of mudslides! Had to be the best vacation we ever had. Forget about Aruba From now on its St Martin. Now for the only BAD part of this trip report. There is a beach next to the ocean club that you have to drive up a dirt road I guess it must be Cupecoy and a couple we met were robbed at gun point. They drove in to see if there was a beach there ,they were in an open jeep the husband got out to see and the wife was siting waiting for him and 2 guys approached her and put a gun to her head and demanded all her jewelry which she gave up willingly she was still shaking telling us about it the next day on the beach so be very cautious in secluded areas Already planning our next trip
