In some ways Marina Cay is better. The old shop, originally a restaurant, is gone. The kitchen is in the old building behind the dumpster, with the bar outside and tables on the patio. The view is great.
I like the food. The menu is similar to before, but limited. Prices are not cheap. Tyrone tries to get local food, like fresh tuna with papaya salsa ($38).
I will have an update next month, but last month there hadn’t been much progress on the rebuild. There is gas and water for sale.
