Beating a dead horse.... the BVI govt is less sophisticated that the student council I was on in high school. Nepotism run amuck. Long term planning is the next election cycle. The several families drive and live in luxury while the vast majority live in squalor
Agreed, although the gov't seems to be desperate to be seen as sophisticated. At least as far as the PM's taste in $115,000 Cadillac Escalade's is concerned. Nobody tell them that Caddy's are passé, or they will be looking to buy Bentley's next.
