Shelter? Only one on the island been gone since Irma. The Animal Care Center SXM in Cole Bay (behind KFC) would help. Was not speaking of Ursula’s. Daily they assist with finding fosters and fur-ever homes. Our biggest group of fosters are the med students. I choose to be positive, help with change and education. Not be defeatist.
