I’m afraid there would have been terrible trouble if I had witnessed the scene with the puppies. I work with SXM Paws and help foster and transport puppies and kittens. I would have gotten them to the shelter and certainly addressed the children. What awful behavior and lack of respect for life to be teaching them.
