The rate sheet for Village Cay Marina is here: http://villagecaybvi.com/marina-rate-sheet/It says "Vessels 0-59 feet $10.00 for 3 hours or less and Vessels 60 feet and up $20.00 for 3 hours or less"You could dock and have your passengers debark there. Dan
