Almost impossible to answer. Your idea of "high end" may be different from mine! I'd say a 2-course lunch for a couple, with a bottle of house wine, in a reasonable restaurant would be around £65. A 3-course dinner for a couple, with a bottle of house wine and coffee, would be around £100.
