I spoke to 2 partners. At least one said they had nothing to do with boaty ball. But they did not care that BB provided a link to their page.

BB has very strongly Implied that you should use their ball because of the insurance and maintenance. They suggest that no one else has insured or maintained balls. They have not distinguished between Moore Secure or others.
