So, for Pat… Saba, she be back, for the first time in a week. Beautiful morning here…






We had breakfast of ham and cheese omelet,




with a mimosa for me and bloody mary for Eric, courtesy of Carrefour!



We went the other day and bought some groceries and they gave us some free vodka, so that called for bloody mary for Eric anyway!


Then, we headed to Mullet, for a close to perfect beach day. The sand was slanted, going into the water, but almost no waves.

Even I was able to get in and out of the water without any problem. There was one row of chairs on the water and that was pretty much it. I could have wished for a bit more wind, but otherwise, hard to complain.

Of course, any day at Mullet would not be complete without ribs and chicken and fries from Rosie's!
The wait is part of the fun!



And, one should have your own properly chilled bottle of wine!
