I think that El Zafiro is open all three meals, 7 days, but I'm not the one to ask about them, as I don't care for it.
As far as occupancy levels, the couch is NOT a sleeper sofa. They probably would bring in some folding beds if you asked, but I really have had no experience with that there. I suggest you send an email to Tracy on the website.
