Did a close "drive by" of both BEYC and Saba two weeks ago. BEYC looked like a ghost town - nothing going on as far as I could see. Saba had a bunch of constructions workers on site. I didn't see a single one of them (and I saw several) doing anything other than standing in the shade.
I will be astounded if either place is open for anything in 2020. I hope I'm wrong.
