The place directly across the street from Bar Code that they were griping about that was going to ruin their view certainly wasn't anywhere near completion in October, just a hole in the ground. That, I think, is that huge tower complex. Odd that this thing is supposed to open for soft opening next month and no one seems to know where it is.
