BTW, we loved Bruno's new menu at LaPlaya ( not that the old one was bad) !! With his all new staff, and Carol from a restaurant in GC ( can't remember the name) brings a new dimension to the table!! Carole was one of the owners of L'Estaminet in Grand Case, by far my favorite restaurant of all time on the island or anywhere else. She is now working her magic at La Playa.
