The article says France-Canary Islands-Cape Verde Islands- Recife in Brazil-Georgetown, Guyana-Antigua.
Maybe they should have picked up the little girl's folks in Guyana! It seems that the Cape Verde to Recife leg would be more than 891 miles- okay Wolfram Alpha says 1578 nm. Maybe it's a glider at times?? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" />
