Yes, they do sell the SIM cards but were one of the more expensive places. $30 from what I recall but if you are close, go there. Sounds like the one in Carrefour by Marks is the way to go. For price. I've also bought one at the UTS/Chippie store in P-burg. Topped up the card there as well. Was very inexpensive.
