We have always had empty seats to stretch in coach and the flight not that long. 6 or 8 bucks for a drink and similar for a wrap. I can go from ohio to frankfurt to tokyo and back for 1700 in coach on air canada and lufthansa. But im cheap. If i had the dough Id charter a Gulstream V nonstop to SXM.
