At Rainbow we had the Trio of Fish( tuna tartar, tuna seared and tuna rolls), salad caraibes( shrimps, scallops, crab, fruits) and egg coccetes (or however you spell that damn thing ) with duck liver..... everything was sooooo gooood!
The soufflé at Ocean 82 was a traditional dessert style, came with a chocolate and vanilla souse on a side.
