CaptainJay Traveler Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 1,277 Saint Thomas, USVI	The restaurants are still open. The bar areas are not. The 4pm curfew on the beaches is currently only on weekends. This is to limit local gatherings on weekends. The testing is required from the states listed.
