I have looked at Playa Sonrisa a number of times over the years, but my wife is freaked out at the idea of having to drive there from the airport in Cancun. I got her past the idea of doing without a hairdryer, but that drive in a rental car is a major hurdle. Any suggestions or thoughts on driving, given the ups and downs of crime in Mexico?
Life is too short not to be happy!
