Regarding travel agents, in particular and links to other sites, I posted a question before I posted and asked whether it was ok to mention specific agents and to do a link to another website and people said it was OK. It certainly doesn't say anything about it in the terms of use. Now that was obviously other posters, not anything 'official' from the site, but I have no idea if there is anywhere to send official questions to.
