What drove me crazy this time was not the lack of amenities, per se, but just the myriad of small, stupid things that they couldn't get right, and how totally uninformed most of the staff was with regard to the most simple things. The dress code was just a prime example--the printed information said that the dress code was exactly the same for all restaurants, including the buffet--'resort casual', whatever that means. Of course, many people ate at the buffet in a bathing suit and cover up, and that was just fine. The Mediterranean restaurant required long pants, collared shirt and closed toe shoes. Things like that just drove me crazy.
