The BVI Entry Portal appears to be up. I have heard from one person who has successfully negotiated it and received approval for his family to enter on December first.
The BVI Entry PortalHow did they do this when the test must be within 5 days of travel. The site requires the proof of test document to be uploaded. I couldn't find an option to upload later.
