Awoke early as usual but didn’t feel any great inclination to race into the day. Checked some emails and did some ‘stuff’ just like at home. I decided I much prefer doing ‘stuff’ here. Can you blame me?

We breakfasted in our unit on toast and coffee - again no big urge to go anywhere or do anything earth-shattering. So we went out on the porch and watched the sail boat races - aka mini regatta - going on in the bay just off our beach. Can’t do that at home, for sure. Don’t know exactly what we were seeing since neither of us knows much about sailboat racing but it was still pleasant to see it up close and personal like that.

It’s a gorgeous day - sun is shining and only a few big puffy clouds in the sky. This is just so hard to take......... Yeah! Right!

Are you bored to tears yet?

We lunched in, too, on yummy tuna salad sandwiches and iced tea served al fresco on our deck with the sight and sound of the waves as our backdrop. Could it get any better....

We spent the day doing not too much of anything: visited with neighbors both old and new; swam in the pool; read a little - whatever the spirits moved us to do.

This evenings dinner was a revisit to the Spaghetti House- such very good food at such very good prices served by the owner herself with a smile at every turn. We were joined by Terry and Rit Anzelone, our neighbors at Beachside, and a very pleasant evening was enjoyed by each of us.

And soon to lalaland.........
