Walgreens does two different tests and yes, the one takes much longer (sent away to a lab) and the weekend is an issue because it IS sent away. The ID Now test is done on site and results uploaded within 24 hours, but often in only a few hours.
In Phoenix there must be 20 or so Walgreens locations, but only 3 of them had the ID Now test when we did ours.
So MrWhiskerSammy be sure to know which kind of test you are signing up for on their website. It is pretty easy to tell, the locations are even colour coded!
