Just used the emed test in Uk for return to USA. We used our iPhones. Our wait time was less than a minute. Only issue was moving the phone to capture required info from proctor. Took a little getting used to...but no problem. Once you got used to the Proctor accent ...easy. Call centre is probably in Philippines.
