We just did it in the spring. Booked via the BVI health site to get an exit test for 72h before we were leaving, showed up at the Pebbles hospital for the test (other locations were available),paid and received the results by email in ample time to fly to Canada. The BVI health folk made it easy. Will do it again mid January as we are coming later in November to BVI. Can't wait. What are you sailing? We'd say hi if we saw you...
