I'm jealous Tom! We always check our "48" polar bear packed with close to 50lbs of frozen meat (we freeze food 3 days early so it's solid). I don't use/need to put any ice products, the meat stays frozen from Dulles to the villa! Dry the cooler out on our last night and carry it on the plane. Have a great trip!
