Tuesday in week 1. Got up early enough to go to the gym and do an hour on the treadmill, come back up to the room have breakfast of a French baguette with French raspberry preserves and still be at the pool before 10:30.

Quite windy today but lots of sun. Who could ask for more?

Typical lunch on the balcony, turkey and Swiss on a baguette and a nice glass of Sancerre.

Went to the airport mid-afternoon to pick up John's niece, Lynn, who'll be with us for a week.

After happy hour on the balcony we went to Avantika for dinner. Spring rolls and lettuce wraps for appetizers were followed by Jungle Curry and Pad Thai both with chicken. Wonderful food!!
Etna Rhum Raisin ice cream back at the room for dessert. So nice.
