FLJim OP Traveler F Joined: May 2007 Posts: 180	There's message traffic on the BVI forum about boats being locked down due to some issue with a new propane safety regulation. Does anyone (e.g. CYOA) know exactly what the regulation is, and whether it applies to charter boats coming from USVI?
