Thanks for that tip about the PEI mussels at Mark's Place. Like you, there are many restaurants we have yet to visit, and have also found some of them difficult to locate, but my excuse is that we have only been coming to the island for about 10 years!
I love my PEI mussels and oysters. I had my first ones at age 6 when we were stationed there (my father was an RCAF officer). So we will definitely make sure to get to Mark's Place on our next visit and find out when they will be getting a shipment.
I do enjoy your trip reports, but please don't let anyone make you feel guilty about not posting, even if suggested nicely or gently. You're not a paid travel writer. You're on vacation! Just enjoy yourself, and if the urge to let us in a bit by posting a report hits you, know that we will enjoy it. You write very engagingly.
Your day sounded like a very enjoyable, laid-back, idyllic day. We often enjoy those types of days while on the island, too. Thanks for sharing.
