I've done that run several times. Past Great Camanoe, past Monkey Point on Guana, beeline to the turn at Shark bay and hugging the coastline after that and turning towards JVD after Brewer's bay. Stay south of Sandy Cay and the exposure to a northerly swell is minimized. The route offers good wave protection for those passengers who are susceptible to vertigo. But the winds are also low on that route so the "iron genny" will see some use.
