We were there are last week one night last month. It was very quiet, and only a couple of singers. Was disappointed for the first time ever at Topper's, that we both thought the food wasn't nearly as good as it was for years at the old location. Just didn't have the ''vibe'' it had at the other location. The galato part was also a disaapoinment, with probably less than half of the old carousel days, flavor wise. His push in the new location seems to be more interested in his Rhum products and souveniers. Wouldn't be surprised to see the restaurant part closed up eventually, and the bar, entertainment, distillery, and souvenier shop remaining.
