GeorgeC1 Traveler Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 7,034 GA/NC	The good news is that it’s almost impossible to sue someone in a US court for a event that occurred in the BVI even if that company or individual has a US presence. It was a consideration for charter boat placement when I was looking.
