Not sure about other resorts but Oyster Bay has one on a stand in the lobby. Just did it each morning before our morning walks. Flamingo has one for guests to use too. They also wand the staff and visitors for temperature as they enter the grounds. I presume RP would also. When I went into Royal Palm in March, there was NO temperature check, at least I did not experience it.
