Doesn't that mean that you cancelled the pre-constuction contracts and replaced them with new? Is not Alegria stating that the new contracts are void? Does that mean the original contract is still in place, even though the building may not be there? I'm not a lawyer and certainly am not skilled in SXM law, but am not liking what is happening one bit.
