There are no marinas in St. John, that I am aware of. As far as STT, Compass Point has a locked gate after 10pm and you need key access. AYH has some security guards but easy for anyone to access. Friends who keep their boat there have had no security issues. Most of the anchorages are in Charlotte and the surrounding islands. Brewers by the airport is very nice and quiet but no amenities. Not much in the value area, Compass Pt is $18 a foot for a mono and an arm and leg for WAPA. AYH was $30 a foot monthly or $1200 a month for a 40'.
