I cleared into St John a few days ago using ROAM. I'm on Verizon. I tried submitting an arrival as I approached Francis Bay, but kept getting network error messages all the way to Caneel Bay. The app finally started processing my submittal as I passed Lind Pt approaching Cruz Bay.
